Forgiveness for the Sin of Abortion Ladies Sweatshirt

Abortion is a great sin, for it is the intentional destruction of those who are made in the image of God. No doubt God requires the blood of those who would destroy the most innocent and the most righteous among us, pre-born babies, both temporally and eternally. But the good news of the gospel is that Jesus Christ, the God-man, came into the world to save sinners. He lived a perfect life on behalf of those who would trust in him so that he can be the substitute performer of their righteousness. He was crushed under the wrath of God on behalf of those who would put their trust in him so that he can be the substitute sacrifice for their sins. He was raised from the dead on the third day on behalf of those who would cast their faith in him so that he can be their advocate before the judgment seat of God.  

What then must we do to be saved? The Apostle Peter says, "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household (Acts 16:31).” This gospel message is trustworthy, for the Lord himself says, "I have not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance (Luke 5:32).” And again, the Apostle Paul says, "The saying is trustworthy and deserving of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners (1 Timothy 1:15)."

There truly is forgiveness for the sin of abortion!
